JP „Međunarodni aerodrom Tuzla“ d.o.o. kontinuirano unapređuje pristupačnost svojih usluga za
osobe s invaliditetom i osobe sa smanjenom pokretljivošću, u skladu s važećim propisima i standardima
civilnog zrakoplovstva.
U saradnji s relevantnim udruženjima koja predstavljaju osobe s invaliditetom, na Međunarodnom
Aerodromu Tuzla su dostupna obavještenja na Brajevom pismu za slijepe i slabovidne putnike koj se mogu
preuzeti na lokacijama kako slijedi:
- Info pult
- Šalter za prodaju avio-karata
- Sigurnosni pregled putnika
Na ovaj način putnicima je omogućeno da obavještenja preuzmu i koriste na način koji im najviše
odgovara. Aktivnosti se provode s ciljem unapređenja pristupačnosti i kvaliteta usluge za sve putnike.

Public Enterprise "Tuzla International Airport" Ltd. is continuously improving the accessibility of
its services for persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility, in accordance with the
applicable regulations and civil aviation standards.
In cooperation with relevant associations representing persons with disabilities, Braille information
materials for blind and visually impaired passengers are available at Tuzla International Airport and may be
obtained at the following locations:
- Information Desk
- Airline Ticket Sales Counter
- Passenger Security Screening Checkpoint
This enables passengers to access and use the information in the format that best meets their needs.
These activities are carried out with the aim of further improving accessibility and enhancing the
quality of services for all passengers.
