Tuzla, 29 March 2026: Tuzla International Airport will today mark the arrival of a second
Wizz Air based aircraft, along with the expansion of its route network from Tuzla, further
strengthening Bosnia and Herzegovina’s international connectivity.
The addition of a second based aircraft represents a major step forward in the airport’s
capacity development, enabling increased operations, a wider range of destinations, and
continued growth in passenger traffic. This expansion further reinforces the long-term
partnership with Wizz Air, as well as the strategic importance of Tuzla International Airport
within the regional aviation market.
Alongside increased capacity, several new routes to European destinations are being
introduced from Tuzla, including connections to major cities, further enhancing links with
key markets.
